    Microsoft Teams is a chat, meetings and calling app. You can message colleagues, share files, run polls and hold video meetings from a computer or phone.

    The free version includes chat and group meetings of up to 100 participants for up to 60 minutes. Paid plans, including Microsoft Teams Essentials and Microsoft 365 business plans, extend meeting length and size and add features. Meetings, chats, calls and files are encrypted.
