    About Bookeo

    Bookeo is an online booking system with versions for appointments, classes and courses, and tours and activities. Customers book any time from a widget on your website or a standalone booking page, and availability updates in real time.

    You can take deposits, full payment or pay-later bookings through gateways such as Stripe, Square and PayPal. Automatic email and text reminders go out before the booking, and calendars sync with Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook and Office 365.

    There are also waivers and intake forms, promo codes, gift vouchers, memberships and prepaid packages. For tours there are printable manifests.
