Located just one street back from the beach, SALT is a relaxed two-storey coastal retreat offering beautiful ocean views and plenty of space to unwind. Perfectly positioned in the seaside town of Middleton, the home provides an easy escape where guests can enjoy the laid-back rhythm of South Coast living. Guests can start the day with a morning coffee on the rear deck while looking out over the waves and breathing in the fresh sea air. Inside, the home features a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for easy holiday living. The property includes three comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two bathrooms, allowing families or small groups to enjoy their stay with plenty of space. Year-round comfort is ensured with split-system heating and cooling upstairs, while the backyard and outdoor deck create the perfect setting for alfresco meals or relaxing after a day at the beach. Pets may be considered on request, and guests are welcome to enquire about bringing their furry companion along. All linen and towels are provided, with beds beautifully made for arrival. The home also includes Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and essential kitchen, laundry and bathroom basics to help guests settle in with ease
