    Zapier is an automation platform. You connect your apps and set up automations, called Zaps, so work moves between them without someone retyping it. The vendor says it connects to more than 9,000 apps.

    It also builds AI agents that act across your apps, and links AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT to your tools through MCP. For each step you choose between fixed rules and AI.

    For larger teams there are admin controls, audit data, roles and permissions, and security certifications listed on the site.

    Pricing: Zapier has a free plan with 100 tasks a month. Paid plans (Professional and Team) add more tasks, billed monthly or at a lower rate yearly, and Enterprise is quoted. A task is counted each time Zapier completes a unit of work. New accounts get a 14-day free trial of Professional with no credit card.
