    Guesty is property management software for short-term rentals. It syncs listings and availability across booking channels, and brings reservations and guest messages into a multi-calendar and a unified inbox.

    Automation workflows, tasks and a mobile app support day-to-day running. AI tools help with guest messaging, pricing, reviews and listing descriptions. Guesty Pay handles payments, with trust accounting and an Open API available.

    Guesty Lite is aimed at small hosts with one to three listings. Guesty Pro is for property managers with four to 199 listings, and Enterprise is for larger portfolios.

    Pricing: Guesty Lite for small hosts is priced per listing per month, with a 14 day free trial, a pay-as-you-grow option that adds a small percentage per reservation, and monthly or annual plans. Guesty Pro is priced by your number of listings and quoted on request. Guesty charges no percentage fee on direct bookings through its booking engine.
