    Dates still to be confirmed

Dates come from each funding body and are checked weekly. Confirm them on the funder's own site before you apply.

Get ready before the round opens

Strong applications start weeks before the form opens. Here is the order to do it in, and where Launchpad and our team help.

    1. Check you fit the round

    2. Gather quotes, budget and evidence

    3. Write against the criteria

    4. Report on what you delivered

    Never miss a round

Save the grants that fit in Launchpad and it keeps every closing date, amount and status in one list, ready when the round opens.

    Grants calendar questions

How often is the grants calendar updated?
The calendar is built from the same register as the grant finder. Launchpad's grants agent reads government and industry funding sources every week and records each round's opening and closing dates, so closed rounds drop off on their own. Always confirm the dates on the funder's own site before you apply.
When should I start a grant application?
Start four to six weeks before the round opens. That is enough time to check you fit the round, collect quotes and financials, and write a draft against the assessment criteria, so the application window is for polishing rather than starting.
Why does a grant say the date is still to be announced?
Some funding bodies announce that a round is coming before they set its dates. Those rounds sit in their own list under the calendar instead of on a guessed month, and move onto the board once a date is published.
Are national grants included when I choose my state?
Yes. National programs from Austrade, Tourism Australia and other federal bodies are open to operators anywhere, so they stay on the board whichever state you choose.
Can you help me write my application?
In Launchpad each saved grant carries its application steps, required documents and assessment criteria, and the business tools write the business plan and budget most applications ask for. For hands-on help, talk to us about our programs for operators and regions.
