YT's 118

YT’s 118 is an absolute beachfront holiday house at Black Point with 180-degree views of the bay.

Sleeping up to 11 guests in 4 bedrooms, there are 2 queen bedrooms in the main house, and in the adjacent fully lined shed there are 2 bedrooms – with double beds in both bedrooms. Quilts and pillows are supplied, but guests will need to bring their own linen and towels with them.

YT’s 118 has bathroom in the main house with a shower only (no bath), and a separate toilet.

The combined lounge, dining room & kitchen has reverse cycle air conditioning, and there are pedestal fans in the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove & cooktop, microwave, large fridge/freezer & small drinks fridge.

The house also operates on rain water throughout. In the adjoining lounge room is a television with HDMI connection port, CD player and radio.

YT’s 118 doesn’t have a washing machine, but the laundry facilities at the Black Point Camp Ground are available for guests to use.

There is off-street car parking with room for up to 3 vehicles including boats.

There is also a fish cleaning area, with the Black Point dual lane concrete boat ramp a short drive away.

Enjoy amazing sunrises direct from the comfort of the verandah, with outdoor seating and a Weber Q barbecue.
