Lake Eyre Full Day Scenic Flight

Taking in the wild red granites, gorges and watercourses of the Ridge Top and Mawson Plateau, the flight will then take you up to the eastern side of the Lake. It will give you a unique opportunity to see the orange red dunes of the Strzesleki and Tirari Deserts from the air, before tracking over Lake Eyre North’s Madigan Gulf Hunt Peninsula to Belt Bay, the lowest part in Australia. You’ll also stop at the iconic William Creek Hotel for lunch and continue onto the Painted Hills, returning via Lake Torrens and the Leigh Creek Coal Fields. Extend your flight to the north end of the lake and see Warburton Groove, where the water enters the lake.
