Scenic Flight, Blending Bench & d’Arry’s Verandah Degustation

Experience 1930s nostalgia in a beautiful WACO biplane. During a breathtaking 30 minute flight, soak in views of the stunning McLaren Vale wine region and coastlines. Upon landing, the fun continues. Working with three barrel samples of single vineyard wine, each with distinctive flavours, you are guided through the blending process to create your own personalised Shiraz. Once you've selected your final blend, you bottle a 750ml sample and take home to show off to your friends. Then it's time to settle back, relax, and enjoy an eight-course food and wine degustation at d'Arry's Verandah Restaurant, with sweeping views of the rolling hills of McLaren Vale.
