La Vita

La Vita overlooks Port Victoria's Davies Terrace and the Caravan Park. Just a short walk to the beach, main street, jetty, kiosk and hotel.

Sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms (king, queen, double with 2 single beds). Quilts & pillows supplied (BYO linen) or hire through Country Getaways office. Bathroom has handrails in shower, and a separate toilet also with handrails. A portacot is supplied, and guests need to bring all bedding to use.

The dine-in kitchen has a splash of colour with bright red countertops, modern cooking facilities including coffee machine (BYO Nespresso pods), electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, airfryer and 2 fridge/freezers. There is an informal kitchen dining area and formal dining room next to the kitchen.

Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout, ceiling fans in bedrooms. Lounge room has television, iPod docking station, CD player, radio, board games, and PlayStation 2 with games.

Well-equipped laundry with top load washing machine, clothes dryer, plus freezer.

Outside, there's a hooded gas barbecue and outdoor seating, plus fish cleaning sink in rear yard.

Parking for up to 6 vehicles including boat parking at rear & carport with 2.4m clearance.

Located on a rise provides distant sea views, and sunsets from the front veranda. Views also from lounge room & two bedrooms at the front of the house.
