From our two deluxe queen villas, guests can explore the ‘Best of the Barossa on foot’, with an easy 10-minute walk to 7 cellar doors, gin distillery, café and dining.  Or, simply slow down, relax on the deck, and enjoy the wildlife and natural surroundings. The Villas are located at the beginning of the iconic Seppeltsfield Road avenue of palms, which threads its way through vineyards and rural landscapes, perfect to explore on foot, by bicycle or by car.

The Villas take advantage of their unique location, set along a ridgeline with elevated views.  The native Australian bush stretches out beyond the rear deck, with magpies and kookaburras offering their distinctive songs.  From the rocking chairs on the front deck you’ll feel as if you are in the tree-tops, with the view of the vineyard changing with the seasons.  It’s a perfect location to slow down, enjoy an early morning coffee or a late afternoon wine, and re-discover life’s simple luxuries.

Each villa offers an oasis of peace and beauty for a Barossa getaway.  Floor to ceiling glass creates a light-filled space, integrating the restful interiors with the natural landscape of the Australian bush and intimate vineyard setting. Comfortable lounge, luxurious linen sheets, rain shower and deep soak tub – inside, each Villa provides a relaxed, intimate space.  A fully equipped galley kitchen is stocked with abundant local breakfast provisions.
