Bay Watch is an absolute beachfront holiday home at beautiful Black Point on South Australia's Yorke Peninsula, ideal for a relaxing coastal escape.

Located right on the sand, this single-level, well-equipped property offers uninterrupted sea views and direct beach access, perfect for families or small groups. Sleeping up to 8 guests (maximum 6 adults), Bay Watch has 3 bedrooms, including two with queen beds and one with a trio bunk and trundle. Quilts and pillows are provided, with optional linen hire available.

The open plan living area includes a kitchen, dining, and lounge space with reverse cycle air-conditioning and sea views. Guests can enjoy a smart TV, DVDs, books, and games, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, a Nespresso machine, air fryer, and more. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and accessible features.

Step outside to a large beachfront verandah with dining area, BBQ, chiminea, and an outdoor shower. There's parking for cars and a boat, plus a fish cleaning area. Pets (dogs only) are welcome inside by prior arrangement.
