Serenity on Rose

With 180-degree seaviews of Wallaroo North Beach, Serenity on Rose is a self-contained 2-storey coastal holiday house with all the comforts of home.

Serenity on Rose can sleep up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms – king, queen, trio bunk, trio bunk. Quilts, blankets, electric blankets and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen, or linen can be hired.

There are 2 bathrooms with a main bathroom having a shower & toilet, a shower & toilet in the ensuite bathroom and a 3rd toilet.

The spacious upstairs open plan living area has an adjacent balcony offering 180-degree seaviews of the coastline.

Upstairs the living room comprises the kitchen, dining and lounge rooms and has split system reverse cycle air-conditioning.

There is plenty of seating options in the dining & lounge rooms with a large smart television, DVD player & DVD's, board games, high chair and WiFi.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, large side by side fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

Adjoining the living area is a spacious balcony with outdoor seating & dining, and a hooded gas barbecue.

Outside the yard is secured and fenced, with a fish cleaning area and the Wallaroo boat ramp is 10 minutes away.

There is off-street parking with room for 2 vehicles and a boat behind a fence.
