R-12 School Group Cultural Immersion

This specially designed school program offers an engaging introduction to the rich heritage of the Adnyamathanha people. Combining interactive learning with hands-on exploration, it’s an ideal educational excursion.

The experience begins with a Welcome to Country ceremony, providing a meaningful introduction to the cultural significance of the land. Schools can choose to visit Dingley Dell, Sacred Canyon, or Arkaroo Rock, each offering unique insights into Adnyamathanha history, culture and storytelling through landscape and ancient rock art. Throughout the tour, students participate in interactive activities including storytelling, bush tucker demonstrations, and learning about native plants and traditional bush medicine.
