Monkey Mia Dolphin Spectacular Tour From Kalbarri
About This Service
Depart Kalbarri Airport on a spectacular coastal flight, heading north low and parallel to the shoreline past the dramatic Zuytdorp Cliffs, where a Dutch merchant ship was wrecked in 1712. Continue past Womerangee Hill, the highest point along this stretch of coast, before descending below cliff level for breathtaking close-up views of the rugged coastline. Fly over the peninsula south of Monkey Mia, where the deep blue ocean merges into the pale, shallow waters of Shark Bay, before landing at Denham Airport. A short transfer takes you to Monkey Mia, home to the famous wild bottlenose dolphins. Enjoy time watching the dolphins at the shoreline before boarding a guided wildlife cruise, offering excellent opportunities to spot dolphins, dugongs, turtles, rays, and other marine life. On the return journey, depart Denham and fly south along the coast via Eagle Bluff, with sweeping views over Denham Sound. Continue past Kalbarri Airport before tracking south to the striking Pink Lake (Hutt Lagoon) near Port Gregory. Circle the lake to admire its vivid pink hues, created by naturally occurring Dunaliella salina algae, before following the coastline back to Kalbarri Airport for landing.
