Land to Sand is a spacious single-level holiday house at North Beach Wallaroo, offering a relaxed coastal escape for families or groups. Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, the property features 4 bedrooms – 2 with queen beds and 2 with king single beds – with quilts, blankets and pillows supplied. Guests can bring their own linen or arrange hire.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, while the main bathroom includes a bath, walk-in shower and vanity, plus a separate toilet. Ducted cooling throughout and a split-system air-conditioner in the living area ensure year-round comfort.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped and leads to an outdoor entertaining patio with dining, seating, Weber Q barbecue and chiminea. A large fenced yard includes a swing set and hopscotch area, making it ideal for families. Pets are welcome outside by prior arrangement.

Relax indoors with a spacious lounge, wall-mounted televisions and plenty of seating. Practical facilities include a laundry, secure garage for 2 cars, and off-street parking for additional vehicles or a boat.
