Sail & Savour - Brindabella Sailing

Step aboard Brindabella, Australia's most iconic maxi yacht, for a sailing experience that celebrates both the sea and South Australia's finest produce. This three to four hour adventure departs from the Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron and combines the exhilaration of blue water sailing with a premium food and wine offering. Each guest is served a large plated tapas dish alongside a selection of seasonal seafood tapas, created to highlight the region's freshest ingredients. Expect dishes such as sashimi-grade kingfish ceviche, mini seafood tacos, or cured tuna with watermelon — coastal flavours thoughtfully designed to be enjoyed at sea. To accompany your meal, our onboard bar offers a curated range of South Australian wines, beers and beverages, available for purchase with EFTPOS or cash.
