Come on a taste bud journey across the Middle East in this 4-hour cooking class and lunch lead by chef Genevieve Harris.
Focusing highly on barbecuing to achieve those authentic char-grilled flavours, you will make dishes such as Hummus with barbequed flatbread and za’atar, Lamb skewers marinated in ‘hilbeh’, Chemoula chicken, Harissa marinated prawns with roasted eggplant and tomato salad, Spiced couscous with fresh herbs & Deep fried almond pastries with honey and orange blossom syrup.
