Hamptons is a comfortable single-level holiday unit located just a short walk from the Port Vincent beachfront and town facilities. Compact yet spacious, it offers a relaxed coastal base ideal for couples, friends or corporate visitors to the Yorke Peninsula.

The unit features two bedrooms comprising one queen bed and one double bed, sleeping up to four guests. Quilts and pillows are provided, with guests to supply their own linen including sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels, or linen hire is available through the Country Getaways office.

There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. The open plan living area combines the lounge, dining and kitchen spaces. The lounge includes comfortable sofa seating and a large television with USB port, while reverse cycle split system air-conditioning provides year-round comfort. Ceiling fans are installed in both bedrooms.

The kitchen is well equipped for a coastal stay, featuring an electric stove, microwave, medium-sized fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and sandwich press.

Guests can enjoy a shaded outdoor entertaining area with dining seating and gas barbecue. The unit complex also offers a shared laundry, wall-mounted clothesline and shared fish cleaning area. Off-street parking for two cars is available at the front of the unit.

Located less than 150 metres from the beach, Hamptons is a convenient and central Port Vincent accommodation choice.
