Watsacowie Brewing Company is the Yorke Peninsula’s first independently owned microbrewery and taphouse. Situated in Minlaton—long regarded as the "Barley Capital of the World"—the family-owned venue has become an iconic regional destination for craft beverages, live music, and community gatherings.
