Peter Nicolaci has worked in business and marketing roles for most of his professional career. Peter holds a Bachelor of Management (Marketing). In the mid-1990s, he worked as Marketing Manager for Balfours, responsible for brand development, business development, and new product development. Later, he took up a senior role with San Remo and oversaw the growth of the Fantastic noodle and rice cracker brand. Peter also worked for Hardys Wines for 12 years. During this time, he established the Banrock Station brand and was the National Customer Marketing Manager for the entire Hardys Wines portfolio. In 2018, Peter joined TSM Consulting and has supported many private businesses, community-based organisations and local government. He has secured millions of dollars in grants and acquired tenders for many organisations. He also undertakes strategic projects for businesses, including feasibility studies and launch plans for new businesses. He mentors businesses one on one in order to drive growth or capitalise upon opportunities and challenges.
