This business support program is delivered over four online sessions
- Session 1 Business Basics - Friday, 2 May 1:30pm - 3:00pm
- Session 2 Your Digital Stack - Wednesday, 7 May 2pm - 3:30pm
- Session 3 Marketing and Partners - Tuesday, 13 May 2pm - 3:30pm
- Session 4 Tourism Distribution - Tuesday, 20 May 2pm - 3:30pm
The sessions will deliver the overall tourism toolbox program - and if you are unable to join one of the sessions, you will have access to the recording in your online portal to watch at a later time.

Unlock the full potential of your small business with four part Tourism Toolbox program which will be delivered online for businesses on the Eyre Peninsula. In addition to the online sessions, you will have access to practical tools to help you elevate your tourism business.
The first session is a hands-on business support session where you'll be guided through business basics including the ATDW, Business Planning, and sharpening your business foundations for growth and sustainable management.
In the second session, you will delve deeper into the practical applications of business tools to help you build efficiencies and create easy-to-implement marketing strategies to get ahead.
In the third session, we will guide you through creating and optimising your tourism product to allow you to elevate your product through channels including the South Australian Tourism Commission, Tourism Australia and how to be appealing for the current visitor market.
In the fourth session, you will be guided through trade and distribution and improving your online e-commerce space to make it easy for customers to find and book you online.
Whether you're looking to refresh your promotional materials, refine your tourism product or build from the ground up, these workshops are designed to empower you with the tools to effectively communicate your brand’s message and engage with customers like never before.
